Katherine L. Niven, Esquire
Katherine is the owner of Katherine L. Niven & Associates, LLC. She completed her law degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1986. She was employed as an Associate at Pepper, Hamilton and Sheetz, a large law firm. She then served as the chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and was a Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judge for a number of years. She has made several presentations on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, which provides continuing education courses to lawyers. Katherine feels strongly about giving the best possible service to all clients.

Victoria P. Edwards
Victoria P. Edwards graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Attorney Edwards interned with the Honorable Judge Sylvia H. Rambo of the Middle District of Pennsylvania and clerked with MidPenn Legal Services. Following law school, Attorney Edwards practiced as an attorney for the law firm of Zimmerman, Lieberman & Tamulonis, where she represented various municipal clients with legal issues and litigated civil rights defense causes of action. Ms. Edwards is an experienced litigator and is now focusing her practice on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law.

Adam N. Crosier, Esquire
Adam N. Crosier graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Attorney Crosier served as an intern for the Berks County Public Defenders’ Office and as a summer law clerk to the Hon. Kim R. Gibson of the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Attorney Crosier graduated from Pennsylvania State University with degrees in History and Anthropology. Following law school, Attorney Crosier served as a law clerk with the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and then as an attorney with the law firm of Lau & Associates, P.C., where he practiced bankruptcy and general civil law matters. Attorney Crosier is experienced in both Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law and is focusing his practice in both areas.

Aaron T. Domoto, Esquire
Aaron T. Domoto graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2009. While in law school Mr. Domoto spent two summers as a law clerk for the firm of Mette Evans & Woodside. Prior to law school, Mr. Domoto graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in History. Mr. Domoto was employed as a Social Security Claims Adjudicator with the Bureau of Disability Determination between college and law school. He has great familiarity with the criteria used for the Social Security Administration in determining whether someone is disable.
