History of the Law Offices of Katherine L. Niven & Associates, PC

Katherine Niven, together with Thomas Cook, established the Law Offices of Cook & Niven in 1994. They started the firm to provide high quality representation to people injured at work or disabled and unable to work. In 2008, the firm dissolved and Katherine began the Law Offices of Katherine L. Niven & Associates, PC. Katherine is a former workers' compensation Judge and former cheif counsel for the PA bureau of workers' compensation.
