He has also obtained multiple confidential, multi-million dollar mediation settlements in cases involving defective products. As a result of these successes, Mr. Marzzacco is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, where membership is limited to fewer than one percent of lawyers in the United States. At Marzzacco Niven & Associates, we are committed to understanding our clients' needs and representing their interests to the best extent possible. Our motto is to treat our clients as the lawyers in the firm would want to be treated, and we are proud of our success in doing this. Our partner attorneys know both the law and the strategy on how to win a case. We have carefully selected the lawyers and support staff in our office and trained them vigorously so that they can provide the best possible representation for their clients.

Comprehensive Experience On Behalf Of The Ill, Injured And Disabled

Historically, our founding attorney Katherine Niven was chosen by Governor Casey's office in 1990 to be the Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation. This meant that she was the top government lawyer in Pennsylvania for workers' compensation and oversaw the enforcement of the workers' compensation laws. She has also served as a Pennsylvania workers' compensation judge in numerous counties.

Ms. Niven created our firm in order to put that experience to work for you. After being a judge for several years, she was motivated to start a law firm that would provide excellent quality service to clients who had been injured on the job or who were unable to work because of either mental or physical problems and needed Social Security Disability benefits.
