Katherine L. Niven

Katherine L. Niven

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

After founding the firm, Katherine Niven was a workers' compensation and social security attorney serving the following counties: Dauphin County, York County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County and Cumberland County. She completed her law degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986.

Following her employment as an associate at Pepper, Hamilton and Sheetz, a large law firm, Katherine served as chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation and was a Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation judge. She has made several presentations on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, which provides continuing education courses to lawyers. Like the current attorneys at the firm, when she practiced law here, Katherine believed strongly in giving the best possible service to all clients in Harrisburg and throughout PA.
