Workers' Compensation Appeals

Under the law, you have the right to file an appeal if you disagree with the workers' compensation judge's opinion.

Appeals go to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, and it is a paper-only review. You won’t have further hearings and you do not appear, although a brief oral argument may be made by your attorney.

Who wouldn't want to turn to a certified workers' comp specialist for legal support?
That's what Adam Crosier and the rest of our team offers our clients.

Workers' compensation appeals are usually not successful because the workers' compensation judge is the ultimate finder of fact and makes the determinations as to credibility. Whomever the judge chooses usually wins unless he or she has made a significant error of law.
