A 28-year-old Millerstown, Pennsylvania, resident was run over and killed by a tractor-trailer while working at an Amazon warehouse on Tuesday, Sept. 20. The incident occurred just before 5:15 p.m., at the Cumberland County distribution center for the online retailing giant.
