We Proudly Announce That Attorney Jaqueline Lynette Carter Has Joined The Firm As An Associate

Jacqueline Lynette Carter

Attorney Lynette obtained her law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Prior to law school, Lynette worked for over six years at the Pennsylvania Capitol Building as a Research Analyst for the PA House of Representatives and as a Budget Analyst for the PA State Senate. Before joining Marzzacco Niven & Associates Lynette also worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the Dauphin County DA’s office and then as In-House Counsel for the PA House of Representatives.

Lynette will be working in the firm’s social security disability and personal injury departments, representing disabled clients and those injured in motor vehicle and premises liability matters.

Firm owner Christopher Marzzacco commented, “Lynette’s litigation and trial work experience has prepared her to handle cases against the government for disabled clients and to navigate through complex personal injury claims as well.
