Danny is a personal injury and employment law attorney with experience handling a variety of complex litigation matters. Danny represents clients involved in all types of motor vehicle crashes, premises liability cases, employment discrimination cases, dog bite cases, and construction site accidents. Prior to joining Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Danny worked for a nationally recognized law firm, where he was involved in litigating a variety of complex cases throughout the United States.
Danny also has extensive courtroom and investigative experience. Previously working as a prosecutor in both Dauphin and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Danny handled a diverse array of cases, notably including murder trials. Beyond his impactful role as a prosecutor, Danny conducted oversight investigations of federal agencies and private entities while serving as Counsel to the United States Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations in the District of Columbia.
Danny is an outcome-driven litigator who provides clients with guidance and high-quality legal representation. He has litigated numerous cases to successful jury verdicts and has won multiple cases through motions practice.
