About Jordan Wartman

Jordan Wartman is a personal injury attorney with experience handling complex litigation across Pennsylvania. He specializes in cases involving automobile, motorcycle and tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death. He has also handled matters involving defective products, nursing home negligence, pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts, vaccine-related injuries, mesothelioma, and commercial litigation.

Jordan grew up in Mahanoy City, a small coal region town in Schuylkill County. Prior to joining Marzzacco Injury Law, he practiced at a prominent Pittsburgh-based personal injury firm, where he gained valuable experience litigating personal injury matters and securing meaningful results for clients.

Jordan’s advocacy has led to outstanding results, including a seven-figure verdict in a 2019 Cumberland County trial—one of the largest in the region. He has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list since 2023, an honor awarded to top up-and-coming attorneys.
