Attorney Rebecca L. Bailey Named to Million Dollar Advocates Forum

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is pleased to announce that attorney Rebecca L. Bailey of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has been certified as a member. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements.

The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 7800 members located throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. Lawyers are members. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases.

Members must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case in which their client has received a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more. 

Bailey was certified into the forum as a result of her role in securing a $1,600,000.00 settlement in a wrongful death case this past summer.

Recognized each year from 2019 as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, Bailey currently serves on the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Board of Directors, and has done so since 2022. In addition to her duties as an injury lawyer at Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Bailey also enjoys dedicating her time providing legal services for those in need. Rebecca regularly volunteers for the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Pro Bono programs, including Wills for Heroes and Homeless Veterans Stand Down.
