Jordan Marzzacco Obtains $950,000.00 Settlement in Mediation

Attorney Jordan Marzzacco recently obtained a settlement for a client who suffered serious injuries in a car crash that happened in September 2024. The settlement totaled $950,000.00.
The case involved a high-impact collision between a passenger van and sedan, driven by Ms. Marzzacco’s client. The client, a 22 year-old, suffered multiple injuries including fractures of the pelvis, sacrum, femur, ribs and a disrupted urethra. The client underwent multiple orthopedic surgeries as well as a urethroplasty and required hospitalization for several weeks, followed by in-patient rehabilitation.
After filing a lawsuit in the matter, Attorney Marzzacco began working collaboratively with the at-fault driver’s lawyer by actively exchanging evidence in the discovery portion of the case—evidence that ultimately added value to the client’s claim. As a result of her investigation, Attorney Marzzacco was able to set up and attend a mediation earlier this year. Extensive negotiations at the mediation resulted in a settlement that will fairly and fully compensate Ms. Marzzacco’s client.
