Marzzacco Presents Two Continuing Legal Education Programs

Firm owner, Chris Marzzacco, recently participated in two Continuing Legal Education Seminars.

On October 19, 2023, Marzzacco served as the moderator for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Personal Injury Law Conference 2023,” leading and guiding the discussion on a segment of the day-long program, entitled, “Advantages of Mediation: Tips for Litigators.” The panel included a sitting Federal District Court Judge, a retired Administrative Law Judge, and two practicing, private mediators. PBI is the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s teaching and education division. Marzzacco has served on the Planning Committee for the Personal Injury Law Conference, a state-wide program, since 2018.

On December 5, 2023, Marzzacco was also part of the panel of experts presenting a CLE for the Dauphin County Bar Association entitled, “Early Intervention: The Value of Pre-Suit and Early Mediation.” The hour-long program was part of The Dauphin County Bar Association’s “Lunch and Learn” program. In the presentation, Marzzacco provided insight and practical tips for lawyers representing clients in mediation, from the Plaintiff’s perspective.

In his twenty-seven year career, Marzzacco has presented dozens of CLE and other programs for lawyers, businesses and students throughout Pennsylvania.
