Five Marzzacco Niven & Associates Receive “Super Lawyers” Accolade for 2025

Christopher Marzzacco, Jordan Marzzacco, Rebecca Bailey, Jesse Rhodeside and Jordan Wartman have been recognized by Super Lawyers for 2025. Super Lawyers is a prominent rating service that distinguishes outstanding legal professionals across various practice areas throughout the country.  Super Lawyers uses a rigorous process to identify the top attorneys in each state, conducting independent research, accepting peer nominations, and utilizing peer evaluations for lawyers in over 70 practice specialties.  Out of the thousands of lawyers in Pennsylvania, 5% are designated as Super Lawyers, and just 2.5% are honored with the Rising Star distinction. Multiple inclusions on the Super Lawyer lists place these five Marzzacco Niven & Associates lawyers squarely among the Pennsylvania legal elite.

Firm owner Christopher J. Marzzacco was recognized for the 9th year in a row.  Associates, Jordan A. Marzzacco, Jordan Wartman and Rebecca L. Bailey, were again named 2025 Pennsylvania Rising Stars, the 5th year that Marzzacco has been featured on the list, the 3rd time for Wartman, the 6th for Bailey and the second year in a row for Rhodeside, who was recognized as a 2024 Pennsylvania Rising Star for the first time in his career. Marzzacco, Marzzacco, Bailey and Wartman all practice personal injury law for the firm while Rhodeside is the firm’s first workers’ compensation lawyer to be named to this prestigious list.

At Marzzacco Niven & Associates, we are thrilled to see five of our hardworking attorneys lauded by one of the top legal rating services in the country. Being recognized by Super Lawyers is gratifying as the award is highly respected by other members of the profession.  Christopher Marzzacco said, “I am humbled to again receive recognition by my peers in Super Lawyers. I am so proud of my associates, Jordan, Rebecca, Jordan and Jesse and know how fortunate I am that they represent our clients each and every day.”
