Kendyl earned her law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2025, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Kendyl served as a teacher’s assistant in contract law, a research assistant for domestic violence and battered women’s syndrome, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society where she participated and advanced to the final round of the Hugh B. Pearch Internal Competition in 2024 and 2025. Kendyl also served as an associate editor and Internal Supervising Editor for the Widener Commonwealth Law Review, where her article about Pennsylvania Sovereign Immunity and its interplay in premises liability suits was published in Volume 34.
During law school, Kendyl interned at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Section, handling personal injury suits against the government, where she found her desire to represent injured plaintiffs. Since 2024, Kendyl worked at Marzzacco Niven & Associates as a law clerk, gaining valuable experience in personal injury and employment discrimination law.
At Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Kendyl will represent individual victims injured in all types of motor vehicle crashes, premises liability matters and general negligence cases and employees in cases of employment discrimination and wage theft. Kendyl is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
Outside of her practice, Kendyl enjoys reading, traveling, and working out.
