About Jordan A. Marzzacco

Jordan A. Marzzacco obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh (cum laude) and her law degree from Widener University School of Law (magna cum laude).  While at Widener, Jordan earned membership to the Widener Law Journal review staff and wrote articles published on topics relating to personal injury matters.

Following graduation, Jordan practiced civil litigation defense for a short time before pursuing a career in plaintiff’s personal injury law at another local law firm, where she represented victims of defective drugs and medical products in “mass-tort” claims against pharmaceutical companies and those killed or seriously injured by others in motor vehicle crashes, tractor trailer crashes, slip/trip and falls, dog bites and other cases.

Currently, Jordan continues to represent individual victims injured in motor vehicle crashes, premises liability cases, dog bite cases, construction site accidents and civil rights matters.  Jordan also continues to represent those injured or killed by dangerous and defective drugs and products in mass-tort actions.

Since 2020, Jordan has been recognized by her peers for her excellence in personal injury law by being selected as a “Super Lawyer Rising Star.”  Super Lawyers is highly selective and is only awarded to attorneys who show outstanding skill and promise in their respective legal areas.  Jordan has also been named to the National Trial Lawyers list of “Top 40 under 40” since 2020, another exclusive invitation awarded to highly-qualified trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff’s law.  Most recently, Jordan was included in the 2024 edition of “Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch” for her outstanding professional excellence in private practice.  Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication company in the legal profession.

Jordan is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).  Jordan currently sits as the PAJ Future Leader’s Section Chair for the 2023-2024 year.

Jordan also enjoys providing legal services to those in need, regularly volunteering for the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Programs, including Wills for Heroes and the Bethesda Mission Legal Clinic.
