$200,000 settlement for a 60 year old truck delivery driver, who sustained a very serious head injury an bilateral wrist fractures when he fell off a ladder while preparing his delivery truck. While the insurance carrier accepted liability, he was unable to return to work due to the lingering residual symptoms from his injuries and our firm negotiated a lump sum settlement of $200,000.
