$200,000 – Workers’ Compensation

$200,000 settlement for a 51 year old delivery truck driver with 24 years of experience with his company, who sustained a right knee injury while making a delivery.  After attempting to work modified duty without success, he went out of work for knee surgery and after being unable to return to full duty work, our law firm was able to negotiate a lump sum settlement of $200,000.
