$300,000 – Workers’ Compensation

$300,000.00 settlement for a 60 year old power plant worker, who sustained an amputation of his hand at work.  Although the hand was re-attached, the employee sustained such permanent damage to his hand that he was unable to return to work and our firm successfully negotiated a settlement of future wage loss with open medical treatment.
