Swank Wins Compulsory Arbitration Hearing in Dauphin County Injury Case

Attorney Kendyl Swank of Marzzacco Injury Law recently won an arbitration hearing conducted in front of a three-arbiter panel in Dauphin County in a personal injury matter. The award greatly exceeded the last settlement offer made by the other party’s insurance company and its “Philadelphia” attorney.
The dispute arose from a motor vehicle crash that happened in 2023 where the other driver failed to stop for slowed traffic ahead of him, striking Swank’s client’s car from behind.
In the hearing, the defense admitted fault, but denied that Swank’s client was injured and that he had suffered any significant damages from the crash. However, at the hearing Swank was able to prove her client injured his cervical spine and suffered for months from pain, muscular tightness and spasms in and around his neck and shoulders. After a full hearing, the panel returned the award in Swank’s client’s favor.
