Marzzacco Niven & Associates Attorney Adam Crosier Leads CLE at Widener University Commonwealth Law School

On December 14, 2022, Attorney Adam Crosier presented a workers’ compensation Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. This CLE was his second presentation at Widener this year.

He conducted both CLEs on behalf of the Dauphin County Bar Association pursuant to his role as secretary of the Executive Committee of the DCBA’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Attorney Crozier will serve as treasurer of the Executive Committee in 2023.

In his presentation, Attorney Crozier covered recent case law concerning workers’ compensation. He also discussed litigating late answer situations to maximize benefits for injured workers. His April 2022 presentation focused on salient workers’ compensation topics, such as medical benefits, independent contractors, impairment ratings, and course and scope of employment, among other things. Both presentations were well attended by bar association members.

Marzzacco Niven & Associates is proud that Attorney Crosier has been recognized as a leader in Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation law. He has even been certified as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist.
